Transforming Google Meet from feature chasing to AI focused differentiators
During the pandemic Meet had evolved significantly as the team brought critical features to launch. After my team brought the world back to the office with hybrid work I pivoted the broader team to focus on longer term vision, product differentiators and increasing product excellence.

Bringing the workforce back to the office with Google Meet
During the pandemic video conferencing had evolved dramatically but no one knew how to bring that back into the office. Me and my team delivered the promise of hybrid work to Meets 242 million users and established hybrid as the future of work.
What I did
Led the team to launch 7 key features for Meet to land a successful return to office for our customers and pave the way for hybrid work
Built a healthy team - recruited, instituted norms and processes
Brought all of our devices back online and achieved an incredible 89% CSAT

Led the strategy and launch of the redesign / reenvisioning of our base grid to be more people focused and delightful

Redefining the future of education
The classroom had been changing for years as more and more workflows became digital. To truly embrace new teaching methodologies teachers needed more robust and integrated planning, grading and assignment distribution tools. My team rebuilt Google Classroom to meet those users needs.

Using technology to improve public safety at Jigsaw
During the 2018 election we saw an influx of misinformation online which divided local and international communities. With the subsequent BLM movement and COVID-19 pandemic my team developed technology to improve information hygiene online, community discourse and aid in reducing police violence using technology.
